The movie feels overly familiar even though the real-life story it tells is little known outside of Norway.... This is a cool, collected, concise film - to its detriment.. They're a fun bunch, these Roosevelts and their friends. But even in this crowd, fun's just not enough.. Essentially, Hyde Park on Hudson is a Shakespearean revel..
